Titti Lilja new Business Area Manager of Individual & Family
Titti Lilja, today division manager within the Individual & Family business area, has been appointed Business Area Manager of the business area and a member of Humana's Group Management. She will take office in November.
– I am very happy that Titti Lilja will be the new Business Area Manager of Individual & Family. Titti, who is a nurse, has many years of experience as a leader at various levels in health and care. She is a skilled leader and a team player, who will be able to take the business area to the next level both in terms of quality work as well as growth and development, Johanna Rastad, incoming President and CEO of Humana and currently business area manager for Individual & Family, says.
Titti Lilja is a registered nurse at Malmö University and has also studied health administration at Lund University. Since 2010, she has hold various managerial positions within Humana's elderly care and individual and family operations. Prior to Humana, she has, among other things, run her own business in quality management systems and in training. Earlier in her career, she worked for several years as a registered nurse.
