Dividend policy
A dividend amounting to 30 percent of the profit for the year might be distributed to Humana's shareholders. The proposed dividend shall take Humana’s long-term development potential and financial position into account.
Dividend - historically
Dividend distributed to Humana's shareholders over the years:
- For the financial year 2022 no dividend was paid, in accordance with a decision at the 2023 Annual General Meeting
- For the financial year 2021 no dividend was paid, in accordance with a decision at the 2022 Annual General Meeting
- For the financial year 2020 no dividend was paid, in accordance with a decision at the 2021 Annual General Meeting
- For the financial year 2019 no dividend was paid, in accordance with a decision at the 2020 Annual General Meeting
- For the financial year 2018 the dividend amounted to16 percent of the net profit, or SEK 0.70 per share and a total of SEK 37 million, in accordance to a decision at the 2019 AGM
- For the financial year 2017 the dividend amounted to15 percent of the net profit, or SEK 0.60 per share and a total of SEK 32 million, in accordance with a decision at the 2018 AGM
- For the financial year 2016 the dividend amounted to 15 percent of the net profit, or SEK 0.50 per share and a total of SEK 27 million, went to dividends to shareholders, according to a resolution at the 2017 AGM
