Humana acquires RIK Assistans AB
Humana acquires assistance company RIK Assistans AB, which is based in Härnösand. The acquisition strengthens Humana’s position in northern Sweden.

RIK Assistans is based in Härnösand. The company’s annual revenue is approximately SEK 65 million and it has around 150 employees.

Humana has entered an agreement to acquire all the shares in RIK Assistans AB. The transfer will take place immediately with the business being included in Humana’s Personal Assistance business area.
