Humlan new member of Humana family

Humana, the market leader in personal assistance and with operations in LSS assisted living, elderly care, preschool/school/short-term living for children with multifunctional disabilities, and individual and family care, has acquired Humlan.

Humlan has been operating special care homes (“HVB”) in Ockelbo for parents with children aged 0-16 since 2003. Humlan will be part of Humana’s Individual & Family business area, which also includes the operations Baggium Vård & Behandling, Tiangruppen, K REHAB, Adventum and Davidsbo. The acquisition marks an important step by Humana in the development of its Individual & Family business area.

The takeover takes immediate effect and will not entail any changes in the company’s operations, management or personnel.
