Since 2017, Humana has been using the Humana Quality Index (HQI) to measure, monitor and strengthen quality in all operations. The HQI is a summary quality measure for the Group. We openly communicate quality and deviations both internally and externally. Since 2019, the quality of care is reported in quarterly quality reports on our website.
