Anna Giertz Skablova appointed as HR-director for Humana
Today Anna Giertz Skablova assumes her new position as HR-director for Humana. This role means a strategic investment in employer branding and additional resources to existing HR competence already within each of the group’s business units. At Humana, Anna will be responsible at group level for strategic Human Resource focusing on recruitment and retention of talent as well as leadership development. This in order to continue strengthening Humana’s attractivity as an employer and an active contributor to society.

Anna Giertz Skablova has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, HR-specialist and HR-manager from international and listed companies. Most recently Anna comes from Tieto where she worked as HR-manager during the past few years. Anna has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Rotterdam School of Management and a Master of Arts in Linguistic from St Petersburg University.
– I really look forward to beginning and being able to contribute to Humana with my HR-competence and prior experience. An important part of my work in the long-term will be to raise the status of employees in the care sector, who perform such important and valuable work on a daily basis.
